These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.trailbound.com<\/strong> (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n

1. Who we are<\/h2>\n

The Site is operated by TRAILBOUND LTD<\/strong> (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16494051<\/strong>, registered office 10a High Street, Market Deeping, Peterborough, PE6 8EB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. About these Terms<\/h2>\n

These Terms apply to all orders and purchases. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site when you place it.<\/p>\n

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or other applicable law.<\/p>\n

3. Eligibility<\/h2>\n

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.<\/p>\n

4. Products<\/h2>\n

We sell the Trailbound 12L Hydration Vest<\/strong> and related accessories. Each vest is supplied with 2 \u00d7 500 ml soft flasks<\/strong> and is available in sizes S\/M, M\/L and L\/XL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We take care to describe and picture products accurately. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to your screen settings and do not amount to a defect.<\/p>\n

5. Price<\/h2>\n

5.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (\u00a3) and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n

5.2 The launch price is \u00a359.99<\/strong> (RRP \u00a379.99). Promotional pricing may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you place an order.<\/p>\n

5.3 Delivery charges (if any) are shown separately at checkout before you pay. UK delivery is free<\/strong>; other destinations may be charged as shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

5.4 If we discover a genuine pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.<\/p>\n

6. How the contract is formed<\/h2>\n

6.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy. After ordering you will receive an acknowledgement email \u2014 this confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract.<\/p>\n

6.2 A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of the product(s).<\/p>\n

6.3 If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, the item is out of stock) we will tell you and refund any payment in full.<\/p>\n

7. Payment<\/h2>\n

7.1 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card payments and Klarna<\/strong>. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.<\/p>\n

7.2 Payment is taken at the time of order. Where you choose Klarna or a similar provider, that provider’s own terms also apply to you.<\/p>\n

8. Delivery<\/h2>\n

8.1 We deliver to the UK free of charge. Delivery to other destinations, where offered, is charged at the rate shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

8.2 We aim to dispatch promptly and will provide an estimated delivery timescale. Estimated times are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

8.3 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Once delivered, the products are your responsibility.<\/p>\n

9. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)<\/h2>\n

9.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.<\/p>\n

9.2 To cancel, tell us clearly within that period (for example by email to info@trailbound.com<\/strong>). You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.<\/p>\n

9.3 We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have sent them). We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.<\/p>\n

9.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n

10. Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n

In addition to your statutory cancellation right above, we offer a 30-day returns<\/strong> window for unused goods in their original condition. Full details, including how to return an item, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

11. Warranty and faulty goods<\/h2>\n

11.1 The Trailbound 12L Hydration Vest is covered by a 6-month warranty<\/strong> against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy<\/a><\/strong> for what is covered and how to claim.<\/p>\n

11.2 Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty or misdescribed you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

12. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

All content on the Site \u2014 including the Trailbound name, logos, text, images and product designs \u2014 is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our permission.<\/p>\n

13. Our liability<\/h2>\n

13.1 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.<\/p>\n

13.2 Subject to 13.1, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (we supply to consumers for private use).<\/p>\n

14. Privacy<\/h2>\n

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

15. Events outside our control<\/h2>\n

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, courier disruption, severe weather or supply issues). We will let you know and, where appropriate, offer a refund.<\/p>\n

16. Governing law<\/h2>\n

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.<\/p>\n
