Trailbound Returns

30-Day Returns Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Trailbound Hydration Vest, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* All tags and packaging must be included.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

* If the item is faulty or incorrect, Trailbound will cover return shipping costs.
* For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, hydration bladders, soft flasks, and other consumable accessories that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
